When you think Pittsburgh proposals, you think Mount Washington, maybe the Point or the ice skating rink at PPG! But there are also quite a few hidden gems in Pittsburgh for proposals or for a big surprise! Logan contacted me with a surprise proposal idea for his girlfriend (now fiancee) Joy. He wanted to have flowers, candles, and photos set up at the Highline at night. We try to go the extra mile and really help out with proposals when we can – so I met Logan in a parking lot and got all the items he had prepared in advance, including a little carpet. The night of the proposal, I stopped off and got flowers, loaded everything in the wagon, and set up – it was chilly and windy, but luckily we set up the candles in hurricane glass so they would stay lit. Logan came up with a ruse to go get a gift card at a business at the Highline so Joy wouldn’t suspect anything. And then she stumbled upon the scene and she said yes! Congratulations, you two! It was an honor to witness this moment!
